2. For Clients
- Search for a service, compare artisans, and review ratings before booking.
- Book a time that works for you and keep communication inside the in-app chat.
- Fund your wallet and complete payments securely through the app.
3. For Artisans
- Complete your artisan profile with your business details, bio, and service list.
- Stay online to appear in search results and respond quickly to booking requests.
- Track jobs, message clients, and manage availability directly from the dashboard.
4. Trust, Safety, and Support
- Use verified profiles, ratings, and reviews to make informed decisions.
- Report suspicious activity or service disputes through support.
