Simply download the app, create an account, and search for the service you need. Browse verified artisans near you, read reviews, and book directly through the app. Payments are secure and held in escrow until the job is completed to your satisfaction.
Lincs is currently available across Nigeria. Our network of artisans continues to grow daily. Check the app to see available artisans in your specific location.
Download the Lincs app, create an account, and complete the 'Become an Artisan' process. You'll need to verify your identity (NIN or ID), add your business details, services offered, and pricing. Once verified, you can start receiving bookings.
All artisans go through a verification process that includes identity verification (NIN, driver's license, or passport), background checks, and skill assessment. Artisans with verified badges have completed our verification process.
Clients fund their in-app wallet using supported payment methods. Payments are held securely and only released to the artisan after the client confirms the job is completed satisfactorily.
Lincs charges clients a 5% fee on deposits made into the app, and artisans pay a 5% fee on withdrawals. This helps us maintain the platform and provide secure payment processing.
If you're not satisfied with the work done, you can use the approval/rejection feature in the app. Our dispute resolution team is available to help mediate any issues between clients and artisans.
Yes, you can cancel a booking before the artisan starts the job. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
